On today’s episode, I am talking to Tony Grebmeier. I have had the absolute honor of getting to know Tony over these last couple of months and just the way he shows up on a microphone, podcast, and a call is absolutely incredible.  Tony owns a business called Ship Offers, an 8-figure incredible business that helps other businesses with fulfillment.  Tony spends most of his time and finds a lot of his value working with people, coaching people, and helping build more meaning into their lives and businesses.

Tony Grebmeier is a husband, father, friend, and serial entrepreneur. His current ventures include ShipOffers, a six-year Inc 5000 fastest growing company. His mission to bring fulfillment to the world extends from traditional fulfillment services to personal fulfillment. He’s also on a quest to redefine how we all view and define success. Listen in on the Be Fulfilled Podcast, which features entrepreneurs coming together to redefine success. It’s the perfect show for entrepreneurs who know they can achieve their dreams despite their hardships.

On this episode, he is going to share the story of his own transformation into somebody that is a high performer and how he is aligned with his core essence.  We are going to learn about some of the tools he used to get there.  This is a very powerful, personal, and vulnerable episode and it was a total pleasure to record with Tony.

We discuss:

  • [02:37] Tony shares about his defining moment.
  • [03:50] A friend shared that his life had meaning and purpose and that always resonated with him to try to figure out his meaning and purpose.
  • [04:40] His goal is to be present, connected, and give who his soul was created to be. He gives others their space and allows them to be them.
  • [06:23] He had a choice to keep doing the same thing or change the existing reality and build a new model that made the old model obsolete. So he changed the model.
  • [08:34] He found his message in his mess. He found his story in his lowest point and that has been a beacon to catapult himself forward.
  • [10:26] He starts his day with gratitude, journaling, devotional and quiet time.
  • [11:03] You have to be willing to sacrifice something to make a change because change doesn’t happen by itself. Change happens because you made an effort or moved in a direction towards something.
  • [13:44] If you don’t deal with your problems, one day they will knock on your door and be right there.
  • [16:30] Most of his clients want to level up their mindset, business, and life.
  • [17:54] Everyone essentially wants to be the same. They want to be happy and have the freedom to do what they want.
  • [20:44] You have to lead with your heart and not your wallet.
  • [23:28] Most people really just want to have a conversation and be heard.
  • [25:24] Tony shares about meeting Willie Nelson during his radio career.
  • [26:01] If you want to build great relationships you have to connect with their eyes, heart, remember their name and draw them in.
  • [30:42] He shares the story about wearing his black hat and taking it off.
  • [31:38] If you’re not willing to reflect, you are going to have a hard time moving forward. Reflection is the key to your soul.
  • [33:11] Kyle shares about living in Thailand and finding hats that really spoke to him.
  • [36:54] Everyone wants to be fulfilled in life and know what they do matters.
  • [40:01] Tony has realized that he can do his job with a cell phone from anywhere. He doesn’t have to be in a physical office. He just needs a phone to connect.
  • [43:42] He shares about his 90-day journal.
  • [45:38] Everything in the journal is all about reflection from the beginning to the very end.
  • [47:42] The journal includes a community and a companion guide.
  • [49:34] Tony’s travel hack is using peppermint oil.
  • [51:25] He recommends using essential oils, being open-minded, and remembering how would you want to be treated.
  • [53:01] As long as you can find a way to get back up, it is going to be okay. If you have somebody to go through life with, it is going to be better than by yourself. No matter what you struggle from, someone else has struggled with it too and you should seek counsel and support. Stay grounded and always remember where you came from. Work on being better every day and staying as sharp as possible.
