[18:38] The horses help people because they start to mirror what is going on.
[19:53] We need to do the inner work. The sooner we know when that inner critic is moving in on us is the sooner we can start to move on it.
[21:34] Many times people understand the concepts, but they won’t practice them.
[22:10] Part of getting to the point of not just winging it is learning to speak in your truth from a very heart-centered perspective.
[24:18] Practicing allows you to build this well-worn path and then you can be natural because you are not thinking about all these things.
[25:29] It is not all about us presenting ourselves. It is actually about the people in the room receiving a gift and being able to go do the work they are meant to do.
[28:14] In your story you need to be careful with the language and how you describe your life and what you are resonating with. It is also important to be very intentional and present.
[29:13] There is magic in discovering the stories that we see as big roadblocks.
[29:45] You can take what used to be a roadblock or hindrance and turn it into the beginning of a tool that you can use to take you to the next level.
[30:48] The know, love, and trust factor comes in when they have connected with our stories.
[32:44] Being precise in our words has incredible potential.
